Founded in 2023 by professional Volleyball Player & Entrepreneur, Tanner Woods.

"HiYah" has been my breathing technique when I hit the ball on the volleyball court. Its a common phrase in the volleyball world and something I picked up from my dad. You can catch me saying it during most matches I play and usually some fans chiming in as well.

Over the years "HiYah" has slowly become so much more to me than just a catchphrase on the court. It has been the embodiment of my journey to becoming a professional athlete, husband and father, all at the same time. The personification of what it takes to be the best of the best, at whatever you may be doing in life. It's a lifestyle.

I just want to share a small piece of this 13 year journey I have been on and spread the mindset of what it took to try and out perform everyone else around you while competing at the highest level possible. 1% better everyday. Live for the journey, not the destination.
