Shipping

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit/debit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order for purchase, we will automatically send out your order to our distributors to design and print. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to create your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is estimated in business days, and it is about 2–5 business days to process and design your order. 

98% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of orders are shipped within 3 business days.

*Fulfillment time does not include shipping time.

Domestic orders (U.S) you can expect your shipment to arrive within 5-8 business days after fulfillment takes place.

Yes. We offer worldwide shipping, but due to ongoing legal conflicts there are many countries we are unable to ship to.

Returns

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing/receiving your delivery.

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to Hiyahclothing@gmail.com and we will process a claim on your behalf and ensure you will receive a new shipment of that product.

If you want to cancel an order, please reach out to us via email or through the contact form on our website.

If we hear from you before payment is captured and authorized, your order will be canceled and money will be refunded.

If payment is already captured and fulfillment has taken place, we will have do go through the return process after your items have been received.

Please contact us and include a picture of your digital receipt via confirmation email. We will work with our team to ensure your items are re-delivered or refunded.

We will do our best to ensure that you are compensated in a timely manner. Once your return has been received at our fulfillment center we will typically ship your exchanged items or issue a refund within 3-5 days.
